1.2 วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ข้อมูล

ข้อมูลของผู้ใช้งานจะถูกนำไปใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ดังต่อไปนี้:

• ยืนยันตัวตนผ่านระบบ OTP (One-Time Password)
• ระบุและจัดการบัญชีสมาชิกในระบบ
• คำนวณและแสดงคะแนนสะสม
• แสดงประวัติการซื้อสินค้า
• ส่งการแจ้งเตือนเกี่ยวกับคะแนน โปรโมชัน และสิทธิประโยชน์
• ปรับปรุงคุณภาพ ประสิทธิภาพ และความปลอดภัยของระบบ

1.3 การใช้หมายเลขโทรศัพท์

หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ของผู้ใช้งานจะถูกใช้เพื่อ:

• ยืนยันตัวตนของผู้ใช้งาน
• ระบุบัญชีสมาชิก
• ส่งการแจ้งเตือนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน

1.4 การเปิดเผยและการแบ่งปันข้อมูล

• ข้อมูลของผู้ใช้งานจะถูกเปิดเผยเฉพาะกับร้านค้าที่ผู้ใช้งานเป็นสมาชิกเท่านั้น
• ร้านค้าแต่ละแห่งสามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลเฉพาะลูกค้าของตนเองเท่านั้น
• ผู้ให้บริการแพลตฟอร์มจะไม่ขาย แลกเปลี่ยน หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลให้แก่บุคคลภายนอกเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางการค้า

1.5 การจัดเก็บและความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล

• ข้อมูลถูกจัดเก็บบนระบบที่มีมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยที่เหมาะสม
• จำกัดสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงข้อมูลเฉพาะบุคลากรที่ได้รับอนุญาตเท่านั้น
• มีมาตรการทางเทคนิคและองค์กรเพื่อป้องกันการเข้าถึง การเปลี่ยนแปลง หรือการเปิดเผยข้อมูลโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

1.6 สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลและการลบข้อมูล

ผู้ใช้งานมีสิทธิ์ดังต่อไปนี้:

• ขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข หรือปรับปรุงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของตน
• ถอนความยินยอมในการเก็บรวบรวมและใช้ข้อมูล
• ขอให้ลบบัญชีและข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลทั้งหมด

ผู้ใช้งานสามารถขอลบบัญชีผ่านเมนูในแอปพลิเคชัน หรือติดต่อฝ่ายสนับสนุนโดยตรง

2.1 ขอบเขตการให้บริการ

Points ME เป็นแพลตฟอร์มสำหรับระบบสะสมคะแนนและระบบสมาชิก ผู้ให้บริการเป็นเพียงผู้ให้บริการระบบเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่ผู้จำหน่ายสินค้าหรือคู่สัญญาทางการค้าระหว่างร้านค้าและลูกค้า

2.2 บัญชีผู้ใช้งาน

• ผู้ใช้งานต้องให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และเป็นปัจจุบัน
• หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ 1 หมายเลข สามารถลงทะเบียนได้ 1 บัญชีเท่านั้น
• ผู้ใช้งานต้องรับผิดชอบต่อการใช้งานและความปลอดภัยของบัญชีตนเอง

2.3 คะแนนสะสม

• คะแนนสะสมไม่มีมูลค่าเป็นเงินสด
• ไม่สามารถโอน แลกเปลี่ยน หรือแลกเป็นเงินสดได้
• คะแนนอาจหมดอายุตามเงื่อนไขที่ร้านค้าแต่ละแห่งกำหนด
• ร้านค้ามีสิทธิ์กำหนดและปรับเปลี่ยนกติกาการให้คะแนนได้ตามความเหมาะสม

2.4 ระดับสมาชิก (Rank) และสิทธิประโยชน์

• ระดับสมาชิกขึ้นอยู่กับเงื่อนไขที่ร้านค้าแต่ละแห่งกำหนด
• สิทธิประโยชน์อาจแตกต่างกันไปในแต่ละร้านค้า
• ร้านค้าสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขระดับสมาชิกได้

2.5 การระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชี

ผู้ให้บริการขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน หากตรวจพบการใช้งานที่ผิดกฎหมาย ฝ่าฝืนข้อตกลงนี้ หรือกระทำการใด ๆ ที่อาจก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อระบบหรือผู้ใช้งานอื่น

2.6 ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

ผู้ให้บริการไม่รับผิดชอบต่อข้อพิพาท ความเสียหาย หรือความสูญเสียใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างร้านค้าและลูกค้า

2.7 การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อตกลง

ผู้ให้บริการสามารถปรับปรุงหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อตกลงนี้ได้ตามความเหมาะสม โดยจะแจ้งให้ผู้ใช้งานทราบผ่านช่องทางที่เหมาะสม การใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันต่อไปหลังจากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ถือว่าผู้ใช้งานยอมรับข้อตกลงที่ปรับปรุงแล้ว

• Your data is shared only with the merchants you are a member of
• Each merchant can access only their own customers' data

• Data is stored on systems with appropriate security measures
• Access is restricted to authorized personnel only
• We implement technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure of data

• Request deletion of your account and all personal data

You may request account deletion through the in-app menu or by contacting our support team directly.

2.1 Service Scope

Points ME is a loyalty and membership platform for merchants and customers. We provide the system infrastructure only and are not a party to any commercial transactions between merchants and customers.

2.2 User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• One phone number may be registered to one account only
• Users are responsible for the use and security of their own accounts

2.3 Loyalty Points

• Points have no cash value
• Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Points may expire based on individual merchant policies
• Merchants reserve the right to modify point rules at their discretion

2.4 Membership Rank and Benefits

• Membership rank is determined by individual merchant rules
• Benefits may vary by merchant
• Merchants reserve the right to modify rank conditions

2.5 Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account if we detect unlawful activity, violation of these terms, or any action that may cause harm to the system or other users.

2.6 Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses arising between merchants and customers.

2.7 Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these terms as necessary. Users will be notified through appropriate channels. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
